Maintenance section responsible to plan, organize and supervise construction and repair works of buildings in the campus. The section look after all civil, electrical, fire control, horticulture, water supply, water harvesting and effluent treatment plant.

Procurement of material, machinery, labour and commencement of work at site are routine job in the section and ensure that execution of work completed as per the specification. Also inspect and examine structure completion in conformity with prescribed specifications.

Maintenance of 11KVA Electrical substation, its service, high tension wires, electrical meters, street lights, taking reading of energy consumption at each quarter, and attending routine complaints.
