Procurement Cell

Procurement cell is responsible for the availability of various items/ equipment required in each department/ section/ in the Institute. It makes assessment of the quality of different items/ equipments required at specified intervals on the basis of demand given by the users. May call tenders from different suppliers and place orders for supplying at General Store/ Medical Store. Quotations/ Tenders will be called for Annual Maintenance Contract of various equipment in the Institute. Arrange proper storage for the goods received.
